Exhibition zone 1
Universal compatibility - high precision motor & controller
In this summit, Panasonic will exhibit MINAS servo motor series of drivers, which are not only compatible with the network driver RTEX, but also fully matched with PLC FP0H series of position control units of small equipment. The omni-directional motion function supports various applications, such as gantry structure control and cam structure control, etc., which makes all-around compatible series of equipment move further towards high speed and high precision control.

Efficiency and automation - integrated open network
In this summit, Panasonic will exhibit three types of self-monitoring sensors that support IO link. These three types of self-monitoring sensors will be used to build an integrated and open monitoring network through three core technologies of digital optical fiber, pressure and laser ranging, realizing the efficient self-diagnosis of sensors. The upgrading of self-monitoring technology of sensors aims at reducing the burden of data redundancy and analysis process by narrowing the range of accurate data, so that it is easier to locate the cause of fault.
In addition, the IO-Link communication unit will also be exhibited. This unit is connected with the safety light curtain SF4D to remotely confirm states such as light receiving adequacy, error reporting history, etc., which can concurrently take into account the operation efficiency and state accuracy.

Upgraded lineup - family series of new products & key products
In Panasonic's sensor product line-up consisting of 3,000 kinds of products, the ultra-small photoelectric sensors EX-Z will be introduced in this exhibition. The EX-Z sensors can be installed in a narrow space, which not only guarantees the working efficiency of the sensors, but also minimizes the production cost, thus saving more internal drive space for realizing the industrial intelligent integration.
In addition, Panasonic will also exhibit the ultra-small laser sensor EX-L200 with built-in amplifier. Its advantage of ultra-high resolution makes the laser beam be easier to be aligned with the optical axis and comprehensively upgrades the equipment accuracy, so that it can complete more precise technical work.
This exhibition also presents the small SV image sensor and transmission type digital displacement sensor HG-T for inspection and discrimination, contact type digital displacement sensor HG-S and ultra-high speed and high precision laser displacement sensor HL-C. In addition, Panasonic will also exhibit the LP-RV series products of short pulse laser marking machine. With LP-RV series products, the short pulse laser is applied in the field of engraving, which overcomes previous technical problem that engraving on some work pieces cannot be realized, making the industry production develop towards higher precision and higher efficiency in a sustainable way.

Restore the site - practical testing equipment
In the exhibition hall, practical testing equipment will be set up to introduce sensors, image processing devices, PLC use cases, etc. The testing site can be restored in combination with typical work cases and links of raw material monitoring, production quality control, protection from faults, etc., are introduced, so that elements of "detection + control + information" can be effectively combined, and the anomaly can be traced back to its source.
